Find confidence, clarity, and joy as you unfurl your upper body with the rope wall. In this intimate workshop, you will experience fun ways to lengthen the neck and upper spine, and open the chest and back of the heart safely. You’ll also learn to create stability in your neck and shoulders so you can keep your upper body feeling lifted, strong and happy. You’ll discover just how physical and mental stress affect neck and upper back health, what problems can happen as a result, what you can do about it, and if all else fails, how to get out of spasm. You will spend plenty of time warming up before moving to a variety of poses to lengthen, strengthen, and rejuvenate the upper spine. You’ll cool down in a way that helps you savor what you’ve created with your practice and time with the rope wall. This workshop is open to those who have completed the introductory level or equivalent. Pre-register for this special event as space is very limited.
